Harts offers lovely, newly renovated rooms with private baths, flat screen televisions and air conditioning. Guests are treated to a delicious complimentary continental breakfast.
Rates: Room rates for the 2013 season range from $90 to $190 (depending on room and time of season).
Rooms are subject to state tax, hotel service charge and tourism assessment fee. Standard room rates are based on single or double occupancy. Deluxe room rates are based on occupancy of three or fewer. And the Deluxe Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa is based on occupancy of four or fewer.
 Deposits: We require 75% of the total reservation cost to confirm your stay (single night stays will be charged in full for their one night at the time of booking). MC, VISA, DISC, AMEX Accepted.
Refund: Deposits are refundable only if canceled at least two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date. Reservations made less than two weeks prior to your arrival date will forfeit deposit, if canceled. All refunds are subject to a $25.00 service charge.
Check In-Out: Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out 11:00 a.m. Baggage may be checked at any time.
Pets: We are sorry we cannot accommodate pets.
Smoking: We are pleased to offer all non-smoking rooms.
Cancellation: Our policy is to refund your deposit minus a $25 cancellation fee per room, if we are notified at least 14 days prior to your reserved stay. Guests are responsible for their entire confirmed reservation dates in the event of no shows, late arrivals or early departures. |
