Harts offers eight lovely, newly renovated rooms with private baths, televisions, and air conditioning. Guests are treated to a complimentary continental breakfast.

Rates: Room rates for the 2008 season range from $75 to $175:

Room rates are daily and are subject to Michigan's 6% sales tax. Standard room rates are based on single or double occupancy. Deluxe room rates are based on occupancy of three or fewer. And the Double Queen is based on occupancy of four or fewer.

Deposits: We require the first and last night of your confirmed stay. We accept Visa or Mastercard.

Refund: Deposits are refundable only if canceled at least two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date. Reservations made less than two weeks prior to your arrival date will forfeit deposit, if canceled. All refunds are subject to a $15.00 service charge.

Check In-Out: Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out 11:00 a.m. Baggage may be checked at any time.

Pets: We are sorry we cannot accommodate pets.

Smoking: We are pleased to offer all non-smoking rooms.

Cancellation: Our policy is to refund your deposit minus a $25 service charge if we are notified at least 14 days prior to your reserved stay. Guests are responsible for their entire confirmed reservation dates in the event of no shows, late arrivals or early departures.
