Rates and Policies

On behalf of our Management and Staff, thank you for choosing Hart’s.

Rates: Inquire about special group rates in early and late season.

Deposits: 75% of the total cost at time of reservation. Single night stays: Charged in full at the time of booking

Credit Cards: MC, VISA, Discovery, or AMEX

Refund: Only if canceled at least two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date. Reservations made less than two weeks prior to your arrival date will forfeit deposit, if canceled. Refunds subject to a $50.00 service charge, per room. Please note: In the event of no shows, late arrivals or early departures, guests are responsible for their entire confirmed reservation dates.

Check In: 4:00 P.M.

Check Out: 11:00 A.M.

Baggage may be checked at any time.

No Smoking: We are a non-smoking property. Should you choose to smoke in your room, you will be assessed a charge to your credit card for $200.00.

Pets: We do not allow any pets with the exception of service dogs with proper documentation defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you should bring a non documented pet, you will be charged a cleaning fee starting at $200.00.
